While running my clinic, I was constantly overwhelmed by clunky EMRs, endless charting, and scattered booking tools. Most systems were either too complex, too expensive, or simply not made with alternative medicine in mind. They had ICD codes and insurance billing fields — but nowhere to record a tongue and pulse examination, a pattern differentiation, or a point prescription. The software treated the core of my clinical work as an afterthought.
So I teamed up with fellow practitioners and developers to build something better.
LoyEco is an all-in-one practice platform designed specifically for alternative medicine professionals — acupuncturists, TCM practitioners, registered massage therapists, naturopaths, and holistic therapists. Charting templates follow the way we were trained to diagnose: profession, then symptom, then pattern. Booking, intake forms, reminders, team roles, and payments are all part of the same system, so a small clinic doesn't need five subscriptions and a binder of paper.
We don't charge you until you're ready. If you're still building your practice, LoyEco is free — up to 30 patients and 50 charts, with every feature included. We believe in supporting practitioners at every stage.
We respect your time. Every feature is judged by one question: does this give the practitioner more time with patients, or less? Your evenings should not belong to your charts.
